How Often Should You Post?: Every community is different, so a player should post to keep up with the speed of the community and storyline. Once a month should be a minimum. But all of that said, I don't think people should post just to post. Every post should be ones best effort. Some threads take longer to play out, in that case you might be just posting once a month, it's all about perspective. Being active that's what's important.

Point In Fandom Taken From: Eric losing his memory.
Brief History: (ha) Orphaned at a young age, Sookie and her older brother Jason were brought up by their grandmother. As she grew she discovered she had a gift/curse: she can read minds. (Now if you go with the book verse, her father had the same charm as Jason does - the Fae blood. Her mother was jealous of her husband's relationships with his children.) Regardless, she's felt alone most of her life.

The ability to read minds is just one of her talents. (she only has that gift in the book, she has more in the show.) Embarrassed by her lack of education, she does everything she can to improve herself, specifically with her word-a-day calendar.

This life of hers changed when Bill Compton came into the bar with a mission to find out about Sookie. In the process, he put her life in danger the very first night she met Bill. But from that moment on Bill has loved Sookie.

(Depending on the verse, depends on how much of a percentage of fairy she truly is.) Sookie has a different smell about her, the smell of the Fae. This smell attracts other supernatural creatures, particularly vampires. Her blood allows vampires to walk in the sunlight, but that vampire must have continual amounts of blood to stay in the light. Fairy blood is the most enticing blood for a vampire.

Eric had insisted on the best, yes she’d tried to movie, but one way or another he’d thwarted her attempts to be just Sookie and live in the style in which she was accustomed, which wasn’t much. They never had much of anything of value; they did have more than their share of love, but lately that love had changed as one-on-one each Stackhouse went to meet his or her maker.

Sookie was at her rope, she looked paler and a bit skinnier, she wasn’t meant to listen to creature’s thoughts day in and day out. If it was Eric, or the Queen, she didn’t care anymore she needed her own life.

Walking into the market, she breathed in the wonderful smells, keeping away from the raunchier smelling foods. While here, Sookie decided she would become a better cook, even if some the decisions she’d chosen, in her quest to conquer the culinary world. A chef, that was it, she could wander off to Paris, and be rid of all of this.

Stepping back she bumped into someone.

Her feet ached; she’d been pounding the pavement for awhile now, looking for the right job. Eric told her there would be a sign, of course Sookie expected there to be a random comment in her head, one not meant to be heard but one that she’d know was her sign. Instead all she heard was the mindless ramblings of the idle rich scattering through the city that never sleeps. She could tell you about the best place to buy shoes, but that was about all.

Running her fingers through her hair, Sookie contemplated her next move. Eric ordered her here, and for the life of here she didn’t understand why.
